The application of laminate foil to our PVCu Systems was pioneered back in the 1970s when we developed the process of bonding a multi-layered semi-hard foil to the surface of the profile after extrusion. Up until the 1980s, white PVCu windows accounted for just 5% of the UK Market, today, PVCu windows account for approximately 80% of the total market share, one quarter of which are coloured windows. REHAU have been at the forefront of the development of coloured profiles and are able to offer a wide range of foil laminate colours suitable for all applications.

With developments in processes and technology, more foil colours are appearing in the market meeting the requirements of homeowners seeking something a little different.
